headaches

For the past week, I've had a constant headache. It vacillates between migraine (at which point I take drugs) and just chronic headache. I am unsure of what the cause is as there could be a few.

1. It could be the cyproheptadine. That was a potential side effect. And the headache started the same day I started to take the drug.

2. It could be the 10hr days I've been spending on the computer working nearly non stop on a project since Monday (today the dogs started to demand that I do something else, like With Them! I ignored them but promised a walk tonight, maybe I'll take them to get ice cream and continue to avoid grocery shopping)

3. It could be the very bad diet I've had for the past 7 days. Maybe longer, I forget. I need to go grocery shopping. I hate to go grocery shopping. So I'm systematically going through my cupboards and freezer eating stuff like pasta with salad dressing, freezer burned green beans, crackers, and yeah that's like it. my friend L did have me go out to dinner 2 nights with her where I had pasta with chicken so I did get some protein. But probably not enough.

4. It could be the constant droning of the a/c in the window near my computer. Though today I turned it off and opened some windows and my head still hurts.

5. Or it is a combination of all of the above. Probably what it is. I'm really hoping it's not the cyproheptadine since I rather like sleeping right now and without chemical help I've stopped sleeping for the time being.

Tomorrow I need to force myself to take a break on the project and do something else. I did mow my lawn early this morning (I bet my neighbors love me when I do that) and right now I have one black dog telling me "GET UP, MOVE AWAY FROM THE COMPUTER, I NEED A WALK!" so I'm going to go do that. But I gotta get rid of this headache.
